Description
We are seniors at Trinity School of Durham and Chapel Hill, and we're hosting a 5K race in honor of Blake Hubbard for our Senior Capstone project. Blake was a classmate and friend of ours and was tragically killed in an accident on 2012. In loving memory, Trinity School has recently begun construction on a memorial building in his honor. The proceeds of our 5K race will go directly into financing the project. The event will be held Saturday, April 25th, starting with registration around 7:00 AM and ending with awards and refreshments afterwards. We expect the race itself, which will include both walkers and runners, to last from 7:30 to 8:30 AM. Our route goes begins at the University Tower at 3100 Tower Blvd, and parking will be available there. T-shirts are included with the payment!
