Description
How fast are you? Please join us for The Hill Center’s Inaugural Mile Race and Kid’s Dash on Sunday, April 26. The event will be held at Durham Academy’s Upper School campus (3601 Ridge Rd Durham, NC) across from The Hill Center. Registration begins at 1pm and the races start at 2pm. All participants, including kids, receive a free t-shirt if registered by April 7, 2015.
Three races include:
Competitive Mile – Chip timing & awards for overall and age group winners
Recreational Mile – Casual runners and walkers welcome
Kid’s Dash – Children 10 and under
All proceeds from the race will provide scholarships for students and teachers across all Hill programs including academic, summer school, tutoring, and workshops for North Carolina teachers.
