As a result of the board meeting at Methodist University, they have made the decision to cancel all events on campus for Saturday.
What that means for the rest of us:

We will still have packet pick up at North South Brewing tomorrow (Friday) from 2 to 7 PM. We have expanded the hours for this to allow you more flexibility.

You will get your shirt and your medal at this time.

We will have a second packet pick up next week once the weather behaves itself so you can plan ahead to get your swag.

We will also switch this event to a virtual race if you would like to upload your results etc... But not required. Make sure that you share and tag the race in your pictures!! We'd love to see you all still get some miles and smiles!!

This race is 100% non-profit. The timing and event directors are volunteers. Not one cent of this is for profit. As such all of the race proceeds are distributed to the race expenses and the supported charities. We don't take funds back from the supported cause and treat this as something meaningful and important in our world.
We were holding out some real hope that we would be allowed to have this event and send you all home with some miles done and a great finisher medal!! We hope that you all stay safe and warm this weekend.
Our next race is the run for Autism 5k on 12 April. It will be opening for registration in the next couple of days!!

Yes, we do allow someone else to pick up your packet. Please have their email confirmation or copy of photo ID.

Yes, this race is stroller friendly. Please be mindful of the sapcing at the start. It would be advisabel to start in the rear.
There are restrooms at the start/finish inside the building.
No, we do not have race day registration. This race normally sells out before race day.
Yes, dogs are allowed on the course. Please make sure to start in the back of the crowd to minimize entanglements.
Yes, we do allow headphones. If possible use only one ear or have ambient sounds turned on. This is an open course and there may be traffic on the route.
There is free parking at the start.
There will be a water station that you pass by twice.
Yes, there is as soft cutoff of 90 minutes.
