Join Matcha Girls Run Club for Run 1k a Day in Garner, NC. We’ll be covering a 1 kilometer distance along the scenic Lake Benson trail, welcoming all paces and all fitness levels, whether you’re running, jogging, or walking.

This run continues our focus on building consistency, prioritizing health, and moving with intention as we set goals for the year ahead. Enjoy beautiful outdoor space and community energy while you get your kilometers in.

The Lake Benson main trail loop is approximately 1.1 miles (about 1.8 kilometers), giving you plenty of room to warm up, run your 1k, and cool down in a peaceful park setting.(Pacer)
