Description
The Heart & Sole features a half marathon & 5K, held in the scenic Village of Walnut Creek.
Proceeds from the Heart & Sole benefit the Goldsboro Family YMCA Scholarship Fund. As a leading nonprofit committed to youth development, healthy living and social responsibility, the Y uses this fund to nurture the potential of children and teens, improve community health and well-being and support people in need.
Please register by January 19th to ensure a race t-shirt. Finisher medals will be given to all half marathon athletes that complete the race and awards will be given per age groups for the top three in each group.
