Grab your friends and compete as a team or test your endurance on a solo mission during the 2014 Flying Frog Adventure Race sponsored by Greensboro City Lakes.
Paddle, mountain bike, and run your way through a course that remains a mystery until race day. Stick around after you cross the finish line for music, food, and beer - free for all (of age) race participants.
Required gear for Flying Frog:
- - Mountain bike and helmet
- - Kayak, paddle, PFD for solo racers
- - Canoe, canoe paddles PFD for teams
- *Boats, PFDs, and paddles can be provided by host site if needed. Please indicate on your registration.
