Early Bird Registration Fee: $25, Feb 1 - March 31
Regular Registration Fee: $30, April 1 - April 21
Processing Fee: $2.50 per runner 

Notes:

• A processing fee of $2.50 per runner will be added to online and paper registrations.
• Register early to save $5 - registrations received on or before March 31 will be discounted.
• T-shirt sizes are guaranteed only for runners who register before March 31.

Join a team and recruit your friends to run with you! Prizes will be awarded on race day to:

• LARGEST TEAM - team who registers the most people. Do you have friends or family members who want to help your team, but don't like to run? No problem, team size is based on number of people who register for your team, registrants not required to run. 

• OLDEST TEAM - based on the combined ages of all team members... boost your team's age by inviting your parents and grandparents to register!

• MOST SPIRITED TEAM - crazy hair, funky face paint, silly costumes... team spirit on race day triumphs in this category!

Note, teams can only win in one category.

Registration fees are non-refundable. No exceptions.

Once we receive and accept your registration, you will not receive a refund if you cannot participate. However you may transfer your race registration to another runner.

Payment Method

Credit card payment is required for all online registrations. Cash or check may be submitted with paper registrations. To request paper registration form, email ptsonwgms@gmail.com. 

Race Kits will be available for pick-up and late registrations will be accepted at the race day registration table, Saturday, April 21 from 9:00-9:45 am. T-shirts and extra race kit items are not guaranteed for late registrations or late pick-up.

The Viking Nation Color run will not be cancelled due to light rain. If weather forecasts indicate heavy rain, thunder and lightning, high winds or extreme temperatures (hot or cold), event will be postponed or cancelled. In this case, announcements will be posted on the Northwest Middle School website as well as through other means of communication such Facebook and email. NOTE: No refunds are given if race is cancelled or postponed. All proceeds benefit NWGMS.

Be sure to arrive early… we are expecting lots of runners and families, so traffic will build up quickly. Runners should plan to park in the NWHS parking lot, entering the lot at the tennis courts. ALL OTHER SCHOOL ENTRANCES WILL BE BLOCKED. Start line and event festivities will be in the bus parking lot.
