The Medals

Finish and record enough miles to earn your bronze, silver, or gold medal. Here are the totals you have to hit for each medal: 

• Bronze - 350 miles
• Silver - 1100 miles
• Gold - 2020 miles

• Before you log your first miles, create an account at RunThroughHistory.com using the email address you registered with and a password of your choosing.
• Log in to RunThroughHistory.com and go to your account homepage. 
• Click the button to add a run and enter the date and total mileage for that run. 
• This will automatically to your total mileage and your timeline through history will be automatically updated!
