Description
Bring your family and friends to our Polar Plunge Run. Run or walk our beautiful 5K trail through the woods. Following the run, tap into your inner polar bear and test your courage by plunging into the icy waters at 10AM. Registration fees for the 5K are $25 for participants ages 13 and up, $15 for 12 and under. T-shirt is included (Jumping into the lake is free of charge). Register at www.runtheeast.com. Warm up post-plunge with a fire, breakfast, and hot beverages.
The plunge is optional and after the 5K Trail Run.
Not much for running or plunging into icy cold water in February? Spectators are encouraged to attend as well! Come watch your crazy friends and neighbors take the plunge.
Registration is at 7:45AM, race starts at 8:30AM, Polar Plunge at 10
