Description
The relaunched annual Warren Rives Heart to Heart 5K is a community event supporting Heart Strides. Heart Strides is a medically directed cardiac-pulmonary rehabilitation program providing heart health instruction, supervised fitness and nutritional support for those in the community who have experienced a cardiac or pulmonary event.
The Kids' Dash offers the unique experience of a run around the bases at Rockers Stadium!
Tee shirt only guaranteed if you register by October 1, 2024!
Parking
Parking is available at 214 Lindsay St and surrounding parking areas
Race Day Schedule
8:00 a.m. – Registration
8:45 am - Mascot Race - see local team mascots race around the bases
9:00 a.m. – Kids Dash (Medals awarded at the finish line)
9:30 am – 5K Start
Awards presentation and prizes to follow

Awards will be given for the 5K winners in the following categories:
Top 3 Male and Top 3 Female overall winners
Top 3 Male and Top 3 Female in each age group: Under-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+
The race director receives the right to edit awards categories based on registrations.
