Spring 2021 5K/10K/15K Training in Holly Springs is brought to you by Pace Yourself Run Company and The Running PTs. The class is 10 weeks long and is geared toward helping adults train for 5K, 10K, and 15K distance races and improving their overall fitness and speed. We'll run our own end of season "race" as a class, (you can register for the virtual Run the Quay race separately if you'd like & then do the race with the class on 6/5). ALL levels & paces are welcome!
The class will include a detailed daily plan over the 10 weeks, with 2 coached group runs per week, suggested cross-training, strength training, and other run days on own. The coached group runs are in person, though this class can be done virtually if preferred: all info will be provided on the group run & route ahead of time so that trainees can run separately at another time if they want to.
Cost of the class is $60 if you register by 3/21/21. Registration cost from 3/22 - 4/17 is $70. Deadline to register is 4/17/21.
Cost includes: 10-week training schedule, 2 coach-led group workouts per week, email access to the coach throughout the program, 20% off discount at Pace Yourself Run Company (some restrictions apply), training class shirt (deadline to get a training shirt is to register before 4/10), in-class/virtual seminars on running-related topics, and weekly tips and running information from your coach and The Running PTs to supplement your knowledge.

Program dates: March 28th - June 5th. Group training will meet on Tuesdays at 6pm & Saturdays at 8am in Holly Springs. The class will meet at Pace Yourself Run Company (242 S. Main Street, Suite 102, Holly Springs, NC 27540).
