Summer 2021 Kids Sports Performance training in Holly Springs is brought to you by Triangle Run Smart Training, presented by: Pace Yourself Run Company and The Running PTs. Class is 8 weeks long, meeting twice per week, and is geared toward helping kids aged 9-14 years old work on their conditioning, strength, agility and running speed in the off-season from sports. All levels and paces are welcome!
The class will be 8 weeks long, with 2 coached group workouts per week. The coached group run is in person and will follow strict protocols and restrictions to keep all children and coaches as safe as possible during this pandemic. Exercise is good at all times, especially now, and being outside while maintaining social distance is one of the safest things we can do. Class will be capped at 40 registrants. Coach, volunteers, participants, and those dropping off/picking up are required to wear face masks at all times, which includes throughout the class workout. If your child has a medical reason that they cannot wear a mask during physical activity, please let the coach know, as we will grant exceptions on a case-by-case basis. Your child will have their temperature checked before each session and if it's 100.4 or above, they will be asked to leave. Also we will have health screening questions at each session and if any have responses that indicate any illness, your child will be asked to leave. If anyone in the class tests positive for COVID-19 or is in direct contact with someone who tests positive during the season, they will need stop attending the class immediately, should quarantine, and cannot return to class for 14 days.
Cost of the class is $80 if register by 5/30. Cost is $85 if register 5/31 - 6/26. Deadline to register is 6/26.
Cost includes: 8 weeks of 2 coached workouts per week to include plyometrics, strength & core work, agility work, relays, run form drills, sprint work, & additional running workouts, 20% off discount at Pace Yourself Run Company (some restrictions apply), training swag item, in-class seminars on running-related topics, and weekly tips and running information from your coach and The Running PTs to supplement your & your child's knowledge.

Program dates: June 6 - July 29, 2021. 2 classes per week: Sundays & Thursdays 7-8pm (to beat the heat of the day). Class will be capped at 40 registrations. The class will meet at Jones Park in Holly Springs (405 School Days Lane, Holly Springs, NC 27540).
