Description
Shirley’s Angels will hold our 6th annual “Love Your Headlights” event on May 12, 2018 at the Huntersville Business Park.
Date: May 12, 2018
Where: Huntersville Business Park (9735 W.Kincey Ave., Huntersville, NC)
Awards: First male and female in each age category and the overall male and female top finisher will receive awards. Medals will be given to registered participants that are 12 and under.
Who wears PINK the best contest: Prizes awarded to male and female participant with the best PINK ensemble.

Race Day Instructions
Things you need to know for SATURDAY, May 12:
“Love Your Headlights” 5K & 10K will take place rain or shine on Saturday, May 12 at 8am (10K and 5K) and 9:15am (Fun Run). Bring your smiles because we will have April Freidline Photography ready to capture the moment. We are also so excited to have Zach Johnson a fantastic videographer with BURKE Design join us this year!!
Packet pickup begins Friday, at Omega Sports in Huntersville (9747 Sam Furr Rd, Huntersville, NC 28078), from 11:00am-7:00pm. If you choose to purchase something while at Omega, you will receive a 20% discount ALL weekend long! NOTE: If you can't make it on Friday, same day packet pickup starts 6:30am on Saturday at the event.

What is the schedule for the "Love Your Headlights" on May 12?
• 6:30am: Registration opens in the Reed Parking Lot
• 6:45am: "Home Base" opens: 107.9 The Link starts music, activities and giveaways
• 7:30am: “Who wears PINK the Best” contest and Survivors/Warriors recognition
• 8:00am: Love Your Headlights 5K and 10K starts
• 9:15am: Kid’s Fun Run (depending on the timing of 5K/10K finish)
• 9:30am: Awards
Where do I park? When you come in on Gilead Road and turn onto Reese Blvd. by the hospital, look for volunteers directing you to the Reed Parking lot. It is best to arrive prior to 7:30am because the police will begin closing roads at this time. Survivors/Warriors will have special reserved parking.
Where can I get my race shirt, bib and race packet? You have two options to pick up your race packet: Go to our sponsor, Omega Sports in Huntersville (9747 Sam Furr Rd, Huntersville, NC 28078), on Friday from 11:00am-7:00pm. OR arrive early for the Saturday event and pick your packet up at the registration tent starting at 6:30am.
Will there be awards?
Awards will be given to the top male and top female in each category as well as the overall winners
Prizes for the “Who wears PINK the best” contest
All registered children under 12 will receive a medal
