Race Description/Details
The New River YMCA proudly presents the 2022 Marine Chevy Shuffle 5k/10k on May 14th as part of JOSC Race Series. Please join us on our USATF certified courses to celebrate and benefit the programs Girls on the Run and STRIDE.
Registration Fees/Dates/Categories
5k: $25 registration fee until April 4, 2022. Price increases to $30.00 after April 4, 2022, at 11:59pm EDT.
10k: $30 registration fee until April 4, 2022. Price increases to $35.00 after April 4, 2022, at 11:59pm EDT.
Registration includes race shirt, finisher medal, and timed chip. **Race Shirts Sizes are only guaranteed to registrations before April 4th.
Awards/Categories
5K & 10K: Awards will be given to the top overall 3 male and 3 female finishers.
Only 5K: Awards will also be give to the top 3 males and females in each of the following age categories:
8-9, 10-11, 12-13, 14-15, 16-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80 & over.

Friday, May 13th, 4:00PM-7:00PM at Marine Chevrolet 1408 Western Blvd., Jacksonville, NC.
RACE DAY PACKET PICK-UP
Saturday, May 14th, 7:30am-8:30am at the Recreation Complex for those that are already registered.

This race is a part of the JOSC Race Series. The series has seven races throughout the year.
- Complete 5 of 7 races (all virtual or a mix) for a year-end medal (pictured below). Bonus runs not included.
- Complete 5 of 7 races (in-person) for a year-end medal holder. Bonus runs not included.
- Complete 7 of 7 races (min. of four in-person) for a year-end medal holder. Bonus runs not included.
- Complete 7 of 7 races (min. of four in-person) for 20 race series bonus points and one free race entry of your choice for 2022. Bonus runs not included.
- Complete 9 of 9 races (min. of four in-person) for 30 race series bonus points.
-1st overall male/female/male masters/female masters/riders will receive free entry into three races (your choice) for 2022 along with a special gift.
-2nd overall male/female/male masters/female masters/riders will receive free entry into two of these races for 2022 (your choice) along with a special gift.
-3rd overall male/female/male masters/female masters/riders will receive free entry into one of these races 2022 (your choice) along with a special gift.
