RUN MCT - 100 MILES IN MAY  

Ready to take on the challenge?  This will not only be a test of your endurance and fortitude, but also on your time management skills. The smallest details will come into play as you navigate your way through the entire month of May battling through the work day, logistics, injury, emotion, sleep, nutrition, internal morals, and just general everyday life!

RULES:

-You have from 1 - 31 May to RUN 100 miles.  Any clime, Any place. 

-If you have to ask if walking counts, this isn’t the challenge for you!  Treadmills are off limits- get outside!  No walking, hiking, or treadmills.  

-You must be a part of our RUN MCT Strava Group (don't worry, it's free).  Once you register on RunSignUp, join our Strava Group to get added to the group challenge- this is critical!  The challenge will go live on Strava once registration closes on 30 April, join here -> https://www.strava.com/clubs/1126550

-This is not a traditional "Virtual Race."  You must track all miles in the Strava app/group challenge, you will be held accountable, any miles not shown in the app/group will NOT count.

-Anyone verified through the Strava Group Challenge to have completed the 100 Miles in May, and did not break any rules, will have successfully completed the challenge- extra special bragging rights for whomever gets there first and/or logs the most miles in May!  

-Anyone who completes the challenge will receive an exclusive 2024 Branded Bills RUN MCT Finisher Performance Hat!

-Remember our RUN MCT credo "DEATH BEFORE DNF" (Did Not Finish).
