The Davidson Doozie will be held on November 21st this year.
We are excited to once again host the 9th annual Davidson Doozie 10K & 5K run/walk on a special fall date of November 21st, 2020! This year, we’re doing things a little bit differently by adding a theme: SUPERHEROES. Our theme is in honor of all of our wonderful community members and supporters. The valuable work we do would not be possible without help from each and every one of you! You all are our superheroes! So come dressed the part, and join us for a wonderful morning of fun, family, and fitness! All proceeds from the race will go toward counseling and support services for children and families coping with family violence, trauma, and issues of sexual abuse.
Packet pick-up and late registration will be available at the race site (1303 Greensboro St Ext) on Friday, November 20th from 5-7 p.m. and on race morning beginning at 6:30 a.m.
Courses are still being finalized depending on when a bridge replacement project starts. We have USATF certified routes for the "old course" and for a modified course that avoids the road closure. We'll post final course information as soon as we advised of the approved route!
