Description

As a Lincoln County employee, your health is essential and this challenge is to help you reach those goals.

This Wellness Challenge will operate like others in the past where you choose how to participate.  

Walk, run, paddle, lift, and dance your way to health and wellness in 2020.

Log your activities and earn special recognition and some great incentives.

All employees that complete either the 25 mile Challenge or the 150 minutes Challenge will receive a very special My Health is Essential T-shirt and other goodies.
