Heart For Monroe 5K

The 5th Annual Heart for Monroe – Follow Your Heart 5k takes place on Saturday, March 30, 2019 at 8:00am in Downtown Monroe! The event brings the community together to address hunger, homelessness, education, and relationships in our area. As part of our 5 year celebration, we want to invite our entire community to join us by running, walking, or just cheering for our runners, students, and running buddies. This Follow Your Heart 5k will be an event to remember in downtown Monroe.

All registration fees go to providing Title 1 schools in Union County with mentoring programs, school supplies, and other essential items they may not be able to afford otherwise. You will be supporting the students and teachers of Benton Heights Elementary, East Elementary, Walter Bickett Elementary, Marshville Elementary, Rock Rest Elementary, Wingate Elementary, Monroe Middle, and Monroe High.
