5K Run and Walk will start at 8:30 am

Description of Course

This 5K course will start at Monroe Aquatic & Fitness Center and will take you through the surrounding community, including Greenway behind Williams Road, and through the Parks Williams Athletic Complex. The course is relatively flat with a few long rolling hills (max elevation gain of 75ft).

The 5K run/walk will be chip timed by Queen City Timing using disposable chips attached to each bib.

Awards will be presented to the top 3 overall males and females, as well as top 3 in the following age categories: 1-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60+

Shirts will be provided to every registered participant.

Registration Cost: $30 per participant. $40 on race day.

Packet Pickup: Packet pickup will take place on the morning of race day, beginning at 7 am.

Donations & Proceeds: All proceeds will be donated to the American Red Cross of Monroe, NC.
