Welcome to one of the most fun trail runs in NC. Formerly known as the Wild Turkey 5k, The Union County Sheriff’s Office Deputy Dash 5K has something for every runner. This fun yet challenging course takes each runner through the beautiful heritage trails and through Jesse Helms Park and concludes back at the Simpsons Event Center.
Please stay after the race and visit our Expo with local vendors and food trucks from around Union County and surrounding areas. Raffle prizes available
All proceeds for this race go to support the UCSO Foundation.
