Description
Join BGR Raleigh at Fleet Feet Morrisville on Sunday, March 22nd for their annual spring training kickoff celebration in partnership with Saucony!
The morning will start with sunrise yoga at 7:30am followed by a 30 minute run/walk with demo shoes provided by Saucony. Afterwards, there will be a self defense class and a complimentary breakfast provided by BGR!
Make sure you sign up so we have an estimate of participants for breakfast!
