5K 8:00 am / Fun Run 9:00 am
(Clock timing only, no chip timing)
Presented by Barrier Island Group (B.I.G)

All 5k Participants will receive a RACE THEMED SHIRT 
(Giveaways must be picked up, no mailings.)
Shirt sizes cannot be guaranteed if not registered by November 6, 2026.
We order extra shirts but may run out of your size.

 
Pricing:  5K :$45.00 - Fun Run: $10

If you pick-up a 5K bib on Wednesday evening, you will get a
FIVE dollar bill for every 5K bib picked up.

Registration:  Online registration will close at Midnight on Monday, 11/23/2026.  There will be no race day registration.

Race Day packet pick-up:

Thursday, November 26th.
Available from 7:00-7:45 am on-site near HomeGoods, just north of the Food Lion.

On race morning, we will be handing out bibs only with shirts available for pickup after the race.  Make sure that you arrive early, as we will shut this table (in front of HomeGoods) down promptly at 7:45. 

Parking: Outer Banks Mall, 5000 S. Croatan Highway, Nags Head (Milepost 14.5 on 158).  No parking is allowed at the Food Lion (they will be open) or the Outback Steakhouse. Directions:  http://nagsheadshopping.com/location/

Post-race Hospitality: Light snacks and beverages for registered participants only, please. No alcohol is permitted. 

Refunds/Transfers/Inclement Weather:  This is a fundraising event and there will be no refunds or transfers.  The race will be held rain or shine, but may be delayed or cancelled in the event of unsafe weather conditions (ex. lightning).
