2016 Southern Bank Monster Dash 5K/1 Mile Fun Run

This is our 4th Annual Monster Dash 5K/1 Mile Fun Run for United Way.  This year our title sponsor is Southern Bank.  The event includes a 5K and Fun Walk for all ages.  This year's race will recognize our first responders with winner categories for an Active First Responder and a Retired First Responder.  Costumes are encouraged!

What can/can't I bring to the event? Please do not bring pets.

How can I contact the organizer with any questions? Call (252) 462-2628 for more information. 

What time should I arrive at the event? Participants should arrive no later than 8:30AM to sign in.

Who will monitor timing and scoring? Tar River Timing will use a chip system for timing.

Can I pick up my registration packet before race day? Yes, participants can pick up packets in the Wellness Room of the Claude Mayo County Administration Office Building Thursday, October 27th from 4:00PM - 6:30PM and Friday, October 28th from 3:00PM - 5:00PM.

How can I register? Registration is done online through Eventbrite or in person on the thrid floor of the County Administration Building at 120 W. Washington Street, Nashville, NC in the Parks and Recreation Department.
