Ella's Race

Ella's Race is held to honor the legacy of Ella Newmiller. Ella was diagnosed with one of the deadliest forms of childhood cancer: Diffused Intrinsic Pontine Glioma (DIPG) and sadly passed away in 2012 from this terrible disease. The race raises awareness and funds for The Cure Starts Now, a leader in groundbreaking research for DIPG and other pediatric brain cancers. It is hosted by Chick-fil-A Falls Village and Six Forks & Strickland and all in person participants receive a free Chick-fil-A breakfast.
