Description
1st Annual Hugh Bost Memorial 5K! All proceeds will go to the Local Law Enforcement K9 programs in Rowan County.
When: Saturday, September 7 at 8:30 a.m.
Where: Rockwell Town Park - 699 Lake Drive, Rockwell, NC 28138
Cost: 5K - $25 if received before race day, $30 race day; Fun Run - $15 with a shirt or $10 without shirt
Course: See map below. The course will begin and end at Rockwell Town Park and will include downtown Rockwell. There will be slight inclines and declines.
Shirts: Dry Fit T-shirts to all runners and walkers in the 5k with an optional shirt purchase in the Fun Run!
Awards:
Top 3 Overall Male & Female, Top Masters (ages 40 & over) Male & Female, as well as top 3 in each age group Male & Female: 12 & Under, 13-15, 16-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70 & Over
Fun Run (12 & Under): Top 3 overall
Race-Day: Registration ($30-5k & $10-Fun Run or $15-Fun Run and Shirt) & Check-In / Packet Pick Up: 7:30 a.m. - 8:25 a.m.
Proceeds: All proceeds benefit the K9 programs of Law Enforcement Agencies in Rowan County.

Race will begin and end at Rockwell Town Park. The course will include downtown Rockwell. There will be slight inclines and declines. The fun run will be two laps around the paved walking path inside of Rockwell Town Park (0.7 miles).
