Description
Honoring the Veterans and Camo Virtual 5K - all race proceeds benefit the Rowan County United Way! Hosted by the City of Salisbury, NC.
Register by Friday, November 6th and complete 3.1 miles at your convenience between November 2 and November 11. This virtual 5K is OPEN to anyone who would like to participate!
Cost: $20 (no t-shirt) or $25 (t-shirt included)
Participants are encouraged to send pictures of themselves running or a picture of their completed miles from their watch or phone to coscommunications@salisburync.gov. Use UW 5K as the email subject.
The dates to record and complete 3.1 miles are Tuesday, November 2 - Wednesday, November 11…you choose when, how and where you run or walk!
T-shirt pick up will be Monday, November 16th at City Hall (217 S. Main Street, Salisbury, NC 28144) anytime between 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. If you prefer to have your t-shirt mailed to you, please choose that option during check out.
This event is for all ages!! There are no awards, but everyone who participates will be rewarded knowing they are helping their neighbors!
