Help us bring mental health and suicide out of the darkness by joining us for this year’s Into The Light Suicide & Mental Health Awareness Walk on Saturday, October 31st. Sponsored by Innospec, the walk will be held from 7:30-8:30AM and you can participate at home or anywhere virtually! Just upload a video or picture to social media using the #RowanIntoTheLight hashtag. Our radio program will follow after the walk on WSAT 103.3 FM.

All proceeds will be designated to local mental health programs
