Description
Thanks to a great turnout and positive feedback from our 2022 Race we are happy to invite you to sign up for our fourth Fall Race! If you attended this year's Spring Race the courses will be even better (thanks to almost a mile of new trail)! You no longer have to worry about the "big stairs" and we won't have as much dirt road. Also we'll be running the loop counter clockwise which means climbing the big hill first! If this is your first time running or hiking with us I promise the trails will not disappoint. The course will start and finish at the Big Picnic Shelter. We will have a short section on a dirt road but most of the trails will be beautiful wide single track. We have hills, cliff views, bridges, views of the river and lake, and more hills!

SHIRTS!
ATTENTION!!! (The last day to be added to the shirt order is Oct 26th) Everyone has loved our prior shirts and our 2023 ones are going to be even better! Last time we ran out so make sure to sign up early so we can reserve you one. This is an image of our first shirt, the new design is a surprise!
RACE DAY!
Check in will be from 9:00a to 9:45a Saturday morning. We will be set up at the Big Picnic Shelter at the back of the Lake parking area. We will have race day sign up but it will be cash only.
AWARDS!
The 4ish and 8ish mile trail races will be timed. We will have awards for top 3 female and top 3 male in both distances.
FOOD!
As always we will have delicious cookies and food to refuel. (Plant based and gluten free of course!)
AID!
New aid station location!
We will have a volunteer run aid station with water, tailwind, banana's, etc around mile 2 and again around mile 6.
