February is American Heart Month and what better way to help your heart then by putting in some distance. The event will begin on Friday, February 12th and closed on Sunday, February 28th. Encourage friends and family to participate and share your experience on Instagram using #formyheart and tagging @runforward_org
A portion of all proceeds will go to the American Heart Association to help the fight against heart disease and stroke.
