Streakers in Sneakers & Friends Summer Social

The Summer Solstice is arriving, as is the Vac & Dash Streaker Class of 2018's 2000-Days of running milestone.

It's time for a gathering at the Streaker Compound on Saturday, June 24th at 5:00 pm for some socializing, eating, and celebrating the Class of 2018's Streaker Milestones. Families and Friends of Streakers are welcome to join us. We will be at the Streaker Compound from 3:00 onward if you want to come early to run, hike, play disc golf, etc.  Also, for those that want to spend the night, there is plenty of room to stay indoors or camp outside.

Social will be catered by Zilla's Pizza in Ansonville.  Donations will be accepted to offset the costs of the caterer.  Vac & Dash Streakers in Sneakers Tanks and Shirts are available to order when you register for the social. If you are not able to make the social, you can still order apparel and we will get it to you.

The Streaker Compound boarders the Pee Dee National Wildlife Refuge.  There are some very nice 2-mile flat, scenic hiking trails to explore.

The address is 66 Dennis Road, Wadesboro, NC.  It is about seven miles south of Mt. Gilead on Highway 109 or, depending on your direction, eight miles north of Wadesboro on Highway 109.  For those of you that are familiar with the start line of the Mangum Shirt Run.
