The WILMA Dash is Wilmington, North Carolina’s ONLY All-Female 5K!
The race is presented by WILMA Magazine and brings more than 1,000 women to downtown Wilmington.
It is a great event for first-time runners, walkers, and for seasoned runners looking for a personal best. After your race, stay for the Health Fest, food, and drinks.

North Waterfront Park Harnett Street & Nutt Street Wilmington, NC 28401
Start your race at the City of Wilmington's new North Waterfront Park. The race course is through historic downtown Wilmington, giving you the views of the Downtown area which includes the Battleship, Bridges, and the award winning Riverfront.
Following your race, stay for the WILMA Dash Health Fest, food, and drinks.
