HEAT SHEETS WILL BE SENT OUT BY 3:30PM

The next race will be July 21st.  We will have heats of the 1 mile based on seeded time, followed by 4 x 400m Relay Teams. 

To enter the 4 x 400m Relay, 1 person must pay $10 for the team and then the other 3 teammates can join the team at no cost.

The 4 x 400m Relay must be CO-ED meaning, you must have 2 females and 2 males on your team.  We are also leveling the playing field with age grading! We’ll take the total time your team runs and adjust it based on your combined ages. Using official age-grading factors, older and younger teams alike will have their times adjusted to account for age. After the race, the team with the best age-adjusted time wins, so a mix of ages and abilities can all compete on fair ground. In other words, no matter your age, your effort counts!
