Emery's Run

Proceeds will benefit the Emery's Place in honor of Emery Godwin.

A family event featuring:

• Tot trot for ages 6 & under. Medals given as they cross the finish line
• One mile fun run/walk
• 5K: for the runners... a 3.1 mile run with over 30 volunteers on the course (runners only)
• New this year: The Emery Extreme, a one mile extreme fitness course
• Great Music

Race Highlights:

• USA Track & Field Certified Course (5K)
• Race will be led by WCSD and Followed up by WFD with over 40 volunteers on the course along with EMS
• One Mile and Two Mile Mark Timers
• Plenty of food and beverages after the race served from the new Emery's Place Food Truck
• Bottled water at the finish line
• Daycare provided for 6 weeks - 8 years of age
• Access to Locker Rooms

Fees:
$25 Per Runner in advance for 5K, One Mile, or Emery Fitness Extreme ($30 on race day)
$10 Per Tot Trotter:$15 Race Day

Must register before 11/3 to guarantee t-shirt.

Last day to register for Emery Fitness Extreme: Friday November 3. No late registration accepted for Emery Fitness Extreme!

5K top 3 overall Men and Women: Medals
Eleven divisions: 15 and under, 16-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59 & 60 and over...Top three in each age and in each gender group: Medals
All Tot Trotters receive medal at the finish line
