Ardmore RAH! 2021 - In Person or Virtual

We are happy to announce that the 2021 Ardmore RAH! Fun Run, 5K and 10K race will be a hybrid event!

October 16th: In Person, October 10-16th Virtual

Here is how it works...

Step 1. Register to run/walk the in person or virtual fun run, 5K or 10K and invite your friends to join!

Step 2. Pick up your race packet and t-shirt on Friday, October 15th at packet pick up 4-7pm at Fleet Feet Winston Salem. Or pick it up on race day prior to 8am. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship packets/t-shirts if you are unable to come to the packet pick up/in person race. 

Step 3. If you registered for an in person event, join us at Redeemer Presbyterian Church for our in person event on October 16, 2021. Race day registration will start at 7am with the Fun Run starting at 8am. If you signed up for a virtual event, run/walk the distance on our own and submit your time to be added to the Ardmore RAH results leader board. Post a picture of your run using #ardmorerah

What is the RAH?™

RAH! stands for the Run Against Hunger because all net proceeds benefit the Second Harvest Food Bank of Northwest NC, which assists food insecure and at-risk families and children in our own neighborhoods. 


The RAH! features a fun run, an untimed 1 mile walk/run, a timed 5K and a 10K through the historic Ardmore Neighborhood of Winston Salem, NC. This race is designed for everyone, from lightening-fast runners and avid athletes to power walkers and first-time participants. 


The fun run starts at 8:00AM, the 5K will begin at 8:30AM, and the 10K will begin at 9:15AM.

The Ardmore RAH! and the Second Harvest Food Bank of Northwest NC are working together to provide meals for children, families and seniors during the COVID-19 crisis. 

Ardmore RAH 2021 Swag

T-shirts are guaranteed to participants registered before September 20th. We hope to have enough shirts for all participants, but they will be given away on a first come basis at packet pick-up. Shirts not claimed by the start of the 5K (8am on 10/16/2021) will be sold for $10 each, with proceeds to be donated to the Food Bank.

Virtual Race Results

Results can be submitted any time between October 10th through October 16th. You can submit online by logging into your RunSignup account.
