TCTC Big Sweep Waterway Cleanup

REGISTRATION IS NOW CLOSED!  THANKS TO ALL WHO SIGNED UP TO HELP.  

This is a volunteer event.  Twin City Track Club will be participating in this city organized event to clean the waterways in Winston-Salem.  We will be assigned to clean up the creek that flows through Hanes Park.  The city is limiting the group size to no more than 25 people and you must be registered to participate.  If there is strong interest and the spots fill up quickly, then we may ask for a second location to support.

You will sign a waiver when you register as required by the city.

Other Details

-        Check-In near the Tennis Center and Hanes Park Track when you arrive.

-         ALL participants MUST wear masks and maintain social distancing of at least 6 feet at all times.

-         All participants must wear gloves that we will provide.

-         When gloves are removed participants MUST clean their hands with hand sanitizer.  We will provide hand sanitizer.

-         We will NOT provide food, but will provide bottled water (no soda).
