Description
It’s time for another TCTC breakfast run! Join us on Saturday August 28th at 9 AM for “Muddy Creek bRUNch”. We will be meeting at Jamison Park Shelter, located off muddy creek greenway. Run will start at 9 am and breakfast will be served under the shelter at 10 am. This is a FREE event, please RSVP to help us plan the correct amount of food to have at the run. All levels and abilities are welcome, no distance required. Come together and join new and old friends for great food, running, and fellowship!
**We will also be welcoming Donnie Cowart, Co-Owner of CRAZY RUNNING kids program. He will be hosting a crazy running kids practice at the same time as our run along the greenway. This is the perfect opportunity to get your kids involved in fun running activities! At Crazy Running they focus on getting kids moving and making exercise fun. Runners will be introduced to simple strength exercises, fundamental running techniques, and play games that provide a kid-friendly cardio workout! Even more reason to bring the whole family out!
