Hugs From Heaven Brenda Potter Memorial Ride & Walk

The Second Annual Hugs from Heaven Brenda Potter Memorial Ride & Walk will be held on Wednesday August 7th, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. at the Lindenwood Park - Main Shelter 1712 5th Street South, Fargo, ND 58102. 

This event will feature something for everyone; a 10K Bike Ride, 20 Mile Bike Ride, a 5K Walk or an option to just purchase a T-shirt with a $20 donation (Please note if you are not able to pick up your shirt on race day, they will be shipped after the event and shipping charges will apply). 

Please choose one of the events that works best for for you, cost of each event is $20.00 (Only choose one per person). Register early by July 25th to get your Hugs From Heaven Brenda Potter Memorial Bike & Walk T-Shirt.

Hugs from Heaven Brenda Potter Memorial Ride & Walk was created to shine the light of Jesus, the very same light Brenda shared everyday through her love.
Brenda was an extremely passionate person who cared deeply about her family and friends, kids, dogs, loving others through incredible hugs, bicycling, gymnastics and Jesus. Brenda passed away on Sept 24, 2021 due to complications from a brain aneurysm. Even though she is no longer physically with us, she was able to give the gift of life to many people through organ donation. 

All proceeds from this event will be used to purchase bikes, helmets and devotionals for the underprivileged in the Fargo-Moorhead area, this will be done in Brenda's memory to continue to shine Brenda's light and love of Jesus. We thank all of you for your support and our proud to say, in 2023 we were able to gift 10 bikes and helmets to children in the Fargo-Moorhead and surrounding areas.  We are aiming higher in 2024 and hope you will help us again!!
