This will be a time in history that we will never forget! This run is for you - the parent that became a teacher, the teacher who adapted to a new way of teaching, the person who had to transition to working at home, the one who lost their job, the health care worker who put their life on the line, the first responder, the essential business worker who continued to work, the small business owner who creatively did things a way they never had to before, the people who spent time in their homes to keep others safe, the person who OVERCAME!
Complete the miles anywhere anytime! Race swag will be shipped directly to your door staring June 15th. Registration includes a limited addition finisher medal and bib. Upgrade your registration to include a t-shirt (cotton blend unisex shirt). We also understand that this can be a stressful financial time for many people so we are offering a limited number of free registrations which will only include an official race bib. Our mission is to get as many people as we can up and moving!

Anytime and anywhere! Complete Corona Virtual 5K 10K run/walk in your neighborhood, on your favorite nature trail, or on your treadmill!
How To Complete A Virtual Run/Walk
Register for the Corona Virtual 5K 10K and decide which distance you would like to do. Complete the miles anywhere. Simply run or walk 3.1 or 6.2 miles any time and any place that works for you. You can even complete the miles over multiple days if needed.
Your race packet will be shipped directly to your door. The race packet includes your official Corona finisher medal which can be used as a bottle opener, official race bib, and t-shirt (upgraded registrations only). Race packets will start shipping June 15.

Sweating For Swag was started in 2019 as a way encourage runners & walkers across the United States to get out and get moving. We also firmly believe in giving back to our community and the country we live in; we have committed to donating a portion of proceeds from each race to a local or national non profit. A portion of proceeds from the Corona Virtual 5K 10K will be donated to the Great Plains Food Bank.
