Run with Heart and Sole 5K

A no thrills/no prizes/ no swag 5K.  Just an opportunity for everyone to run a little 5K with people after a year of running virtual.  If you ran any of Run with Heart and Sole's sponsored Virtual runs this last year, look in your email for a link that will allow you register for this event for free.  If you haven't run with us virtually, but just want to join us, you still can! Your small registration fee will be donated to Strides for Sunnyside youth Running Group, who will also be participating in our 5K.
