Angry Cow Trail Run / Obstacle Race

Location--WEST SIDE OF LAKE AT THE DAM Rockford Lake 29988 S 108 Road Beatrice,Ne

Distances--Approximately 3-4 miles

RUCKING IS ADDED THIS YEAR. IF YOU PLAN ON RUCKING SIGN UP FOR THE DISTANCE ON LINE AND CHECK IN 30 MINUTES PRIOR TO THE REGULAR
CHECK IN ON RACE DAY. THERE WILL BE A CUTOFF TIME. 

THERE WILL ALSO BE 2 PERSON TEAMS!!! TEAMS WILL RUN TOGETHER THE WHOLE TIME.

CHECK IN AS YOUR TEAM NAME. 

Fees--$30

Fees include--shirts,awards,snacks,drinks

Registration closes May 15 7:00pm

Any late entries will not get a shirt.

Check in--8:00am  West side of the lake by the dam.

Start--8:30am

Format--Course is on trails of Rockford lake. Mostly on trails with a mix of trees and open pasture trails.

During the race you will be directed to a spot in the park for certain challenges. This will similar to former events at the Pioneer event.

Camping available in RV and tent area.

This will be VERY FAMILY friendly.
