Angry Cow Night Run Trail Run # 2

REGISTRATION IS CLOSED!!!!

Date--August 1

Location--Wagon Train Lake--Playground Area in Area 3 S110th  Main Entrance

Runners.Walkers and Ruckers are welcome.

Distances--4--8 miles (That's enough at night! :) )

Fees--4 mile--$25  8 miles--$35

REGISTRATION CLOSES JULY 17 .8:00 pm.  

NO LATE FEE IF YOU SHOW UP THE NIGHT OF THE RUN>

2 THINGS. BE THERE FROM 7:30-8:30 to sign up and shirts will only be available if there are no shows!!

Fees include--shirt,medals for winners,snacks,drinks.

Check in--7:30pm

Start--8:30pm

Course on North and MiddleTrails

Format--Racers will come back top Start area each lap for water,snacks if needed

Racers will need flashlights or headlamps.

If you get lost make animal noises.

Night running is a lot of fun!!

.Ruckers are welcome. Solo or 2 person teams.Top 3 awarded. Ruckers let people at check in if you're solo or a team.

Walkers, Runners and Ruckers sign up as runners at registration then check in what option you are doing.

Runners and Ruckers winners will get medals.
