Full and Half Marathon Training: $65

Tuesday: Speed Workout at Fleet Feet Lincoln - 6:00pm

Thursday: Cross Training at Madonna ProActive

Saturday: Group Long Run at various locations - 7am

Base Training:
We will send out a base training schedule for you to use to make sure you are ready to hit the ground running in early January. We encourage you to join our Tuesday group runs and get to know others that are also joining the training class.
Here is the recommended base training for the half marathon:
Half Marathon- 10 miles a week and at least a 3-mile run/walk per run
Full Marathon - 20 miles a week and at least a 6-mile run
