14 Week Program

  • Half Marathon and Full Marathon training

  • Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced Plans

  • Partnership with Madonna Proactive

  • All participants will receive a technical (dri-fit) training t-shirt



In-Person Plan: 

We are meeting in person starting February 1st, 2021! We will follow the schedule below for each location! The other days will be days you run on your own or meet up with other members outside of regular scheduled group runs!

We will require a mask to be worn before the run and immediately following the run. All class members will meet outside (not in the store or in large groups inside). Bathrooms will be open for use. Please be respectful of this and plan ahead as well!
We are thrilled to be able to offer an in-person class this spring!

Tuesday: Speed Workout - at Fleet Feet Lincoln - 6pm
Wednesday: Group Run at Fleet Feet Lincoln- 6pm
Thursday: Cross Training
Saturday: Group Long Run at various locations - 7am

Tuesday: Group Run at Fleet Feet Omaha- 6:30pm
Wednesday: Speed Workout at Fleet Feet Omaha - 6:30pm 
Thursday: Cross Training
Saturday: Group Long Run at various locations - 7am

Meet the Coaches 

  • We will have a scheduled time in early January where you can Meet the Coaches via ZOOM. Time, Date, and Place TBA

Recommended running base before training

Half Marathon- 10 miles a week and a 3-mile run/walk
Full Marathon- 20 miles a week and a 6-mile run
