Prior to the challenge (week of October 1st) we will provide you a Project Zero Challenge Tracker. This will be a printable paper tracker (calendar) that you can keep on your fridge, at your desk, on your mirror, anywhere that will keep you motivated! You can keep track of this daily, weekly, or by the end of the month! Our goal is to use this to stay motivated to complete the challenge and keep you on track! You will also be asked to submit your total miles at the end of the challenge via google forms! We will raffle off prizes at the end of the challenge for those that have completed the challenge - those who have completed the challenge will be entered to win!

As the process of cancer gets more difficult with each day/week, the challenge will do the same. It will push you even further in miles and workouts each week!

All walking and running miles will count for the challenge! We challenge you to use only intentional walks or runs i.e. planning a time to go out and exercise, but you can also include your daily walking miles from work or general everyday movement.

Cost: $25
For either option - each participant receives a technical t-shirt from Brooks with the "Project Zero Challenge" logo and a challenge sticker!
The first 300 participants will also receive an exclusive Project Zero pair of Goodr Sunglasses and the first 50 participants will also receive a Heartland Cancer Foundation Face Mask!
