Dear runners and walkers,

In light of the growing concern regarding COVID-19, we are reaching out to let you know we are making changes to The Big Run event on Global Running Day in preparation that we find our federal, state, and local officials are still encouraging social distancing in June. The health and safety of the community, our customers, and our employees are our top priorities. While we are actively working on solutions with Brooks Running for alternative virtual plans, we will notify you as things change. In the meantime, we are closing registration. Our alternate virtual plan will NOT include a registration fee. Please select from the two options below in order for us to process your donation/refund fully!  If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out to kalan@fleetfeetomaha.com.

We ask that you make a decision between now and March 31st. After the 31st, we will automatically issue a refund. 

Where will your donations go?

If you decide to donate your registration fee, we have decided to give the money back to The Lincoln Tree of Hope. This organization is gathering food donations for children, students, and families in Lincoln that are in need of the help especially under the current community conditions. We will purchase the list of needed grocery items and bag them up, take them to The Lincoln Tree of Hope to get them to the particular individuals in need!
