BCBSNE Technicolor 5K run & 1m walk benefiting United Way

The Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Nebraska (BCBSNE) United Way Campaign Technicolor 1 mile walk/5k run at Stinson Park promises to be a fun event for BCBSNE employees and community members that not only showcases our commitment to wellness, but also contributes to the United Way.  Throughout the race, you will be surrounded by peers cheering you on!  

The 2018 event includes an added element in the technicolor run. At various points throughout the race course, participants will be sprayed with holi, a colored powder made of flour, which has been optimized with natural ingredients to use it outdoors. The color powder is completely biodegradable, compostable, non-toxic and allergy-free.  

The entry fee for the 5k run/walk is $30 for adults (18+) and free for children under age 18. Adults (18+) will receive a free t-shirt, and if registering children, their t-shirt will be only $5.00 for each participant under 18.  All proceeds—including race registration fees—will go toward the United Way. 

Participants who register by Sept 9th will receive a race t-shirt. T-shirts will not be available for anyone who registers after that date.
