The Ruck and Roll 5K is more than a race — it’s a community event supporting people living with MS, Parkinson’s, stroke recovery, and age-related conditions. Participants can choose to run, walk, or ruck (carry a weighted pack) while coming together to celebrate strength, resilience, and connection.

All proceeds go toward expanding programs at MSForward as we step into an exciting new chapter.
