The Omaha Women's Triathlon returns for its 10th year with many race options for female endurance athletes only. Sprint and Super Sprint Triathlon (half the distance of a sprint triathlon), Duathlon (Bike and Run only), Women's Half Marathon and 5 or 10 Kilometer Run.
This is all female race. The Flanagan Lake Olympic/Sprint Triathlon is the next day at the same location. Participants may register for both the Women's Triathlon events on Saturday and the Flanagan Lake Triathlon on Sunday with applicable bundle discounts.
The Swim course is an open water swim in Flanagan Lake starting and ending at the boat ramp on the East side of the Lake.
The bike course exits the recreation area to 168th street and uses the paved roads surrounding and nearby the recreation area.
The Run courses are on the paved running trails around Lake Flanagan.
Courses and any updates are posted on the www.raceomaha.com website.
You may register for both the Omaha Women's Triathlon Sprint and the Flanagan Lake Triathlon on June 6, 2021 (next day) during registration for the Women's Double Endurance Challenge! The Flanagan Lake Triathlon is at the same location the next day with a different bike course and is open to men and women!
