Off Season/race season planning and Freestyle Swim Clinic

This clinic will begin with a seminar providing information on planning your 2024 race season to be your best season ever and provide information to prevent common off season training mistakes. We will then head to the pool for discussion of several fundamentals of freestyle and how the drills covered in this clinic will solidify the fundamentals. There will be extensive in the water practice of some of the coaches’ favorite drills with significant emphasis on conveying the why behind the drills.
