Stay active this spring by participating in the Total Image Spring Challenge! 

This challenge is designed to be flexible and achievable as the only rule is that you reach your mileage goal by the end of the challenge.  No weekly goals, just one overall goal that everyone can reach! We will have some fun along the way but the main goal here is to keep moving, all Spring long! This isn’t a race, it is a challenge, so there is no prize for the first to reach the challenge goal, and no times will be recorded! It is our hope that we can all be “winners” and complete this challenge!


DATE:  Sunday, April 1st - Sunday, June 10, 2023 



  • Short Sleeve shirt or a tank top.

  • If you were in the Frosty Feet Challenge, then you will get an additional prize for completing both challenges.

  • Log your mileage for the week and you will be entered into our weekly prize draw. Names will be drawn at random on Mondays.


The challenge can be done as a team or solo. Friends or family from near or far can join you on this fun spring challenge. 


This TI Spring Challenge is all about accountability and offers four distance options: 50, 100, 200, or 300 miles. 


There are many ways to achieve your challenge goals.  Run, walk, cycle (outdoor or tread), swim, hike, elliptical, paddle, or row.   


Upload your activity every week and share your photos on our private TIR Spring Challenge Facebook page.   


  • For team challengers, each person on your team must complete their minimum miles by the end of the 10 weeks.  There is no minimum per week and team members do not have to register for the same distance goal.  

  • There are no team awards. 

  • This challenge focuses on keeping each other motivated and healthy.



  • Register for the event.  

  • Log your mileage every week.

  • Your choice to run, walk, cycle (outdoor or tread), swim, hike, elliptical, paddle, or row. 

  • Track your performance. Instructions are outlined below.

  • Post pictures and share on any social media channel with #totalimagerunning or #TIRSpringChallenge

  • Private TIR Spring Challenge Facebook page created to post, motivate and inspire each other 

  • A weekly workout will be posted on our private FB page for additional motivation.

  • Join our Run Walk Brew club for a weekly outdoor group run or walk.  We meet every Wednesday at 5:30 p.m. with our workout beginning at 5:45 p.m.  Meeting locations will be posted on our TIR Spring Challenge Facebook page. 



Tracking your mileage is super easy. Once you do it a few times you'll get the hang of it!

  • Go to >> Click TIR SPRING CHALLENGE from the results list.

  • Click the "Submit Virtual Results" button at the top of the page

  • Select Activity.  Be sure to specify run, walk, cycle, hike, swim, elliptical, row, or paddle.

  • Enter completion date 

  • Add distance in miles

  • Time is optional

  • Click "Submit Activity"

  • Done!  Results are automatically updated. Watch your miles add up!
