Stinson Lake 5 K VIRTUAL Run/Walk

The Stinson Lake 5 K Run/Walk is entering is sixth-straight year as an annual fundraiser for the Stinson Lake Association's Lake Host Program, which actively works to keep aquatic invasive species out of Stinson Lake. This program is essential to protecting the lake and ensuring its cleanliness for generations to come. While the pandemic has derailed our plans for our in-person event this year, we want to keep this tradition alive and the support going with the 2020 Stinson Lake **Virtual** Run/Walk. 

How does this work? Easy. Simply sign up online and run or walk 3.1 miles (5 kilometers) anywhere that's convenient anytime between Friday, Aug. 21 and Sunday, Aug. 23. Then submit your time, if you'd like, right here on the race website. No prizes, but we'll mail T-shirts or deliver locally in Rumney for each registrant who registers by Aug. 9. We would love to see you on the traditional race course along Stinson Lake Road that weekend of Aug. 21-23, but again, this is a virtual race done on your own time wherever you choose, and we're doing it as to ensure everyone's health.
